Job title: Bartender 
Job description:

• Making sure all bar equipment is in working order, communicating problems when necessary
• Setting up the bar area by stocking it with ice, arranging bottles, setting up the mixes and placing all tools and supplies within close reach
• Greet and establish rapport with guests seated at the bar by making eye contact, introducing self and welcoming them
• Take food and drink orders
• Answer guests questions regarding the food and drinks
• Prepare drink orders for Servers and guests

Qualifications: Two or more years of experience. Bartending educational certification required. Must meet legal age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages as state law applies and must have valid alcohol pour permit. Requires knowledge of beer, wine and spirits as well as their preparation and presentation keeping updated on new and revised beverage recipes.

Job description: Responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen
Qualifications: Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills, understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures — Servsafe certification preferred — and previous prep or line cook experience
