Patch Launches Buford, Gwinnett and Monroe Sites
Area residents now have additional resources for local news, events and conversation.
Patch, a subsidiary of AOL, expanded its coverage area this week with the launch of three new sites: Buford Patch, Gwinnett Patch and Monroe Patch.
The new sites join Patch's national network of more than 850 community news outlets.
Buford Patch joins Dacula, Duluth, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Loganville, Norcross, Peachtree Corners, Snellville and Suwanee in serving the residents of Gwinnett County.

Gwinnett Patch will feature stories of countywide interest and highlight community news from across Gwinnett. Monroe Patch will feature news and events from Monroe and Walton County.
Each of these sites will provide users with a platform to post news and events, engage in conversation with other members of the community and start their own conversation through blogging.
