Looking for summer camps? The Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation Department is offering several camps. The Dacula and Mill Creek community schools will host camps as well. Here are just a few of the camps available this summer:
What: Art Camp

Description: This camp is for beginning to intermediate art students. A $25 supply fee is due to the instructor on the first day of camp. During drawing camp, students will create pieces of art inspired by the seven continents.
What: Summer Karate and Physical Fitness Camp
Where: Dacula Park Activity Building
When: June 13-17
Cost: $95
Description: Kids will practice karate and play karate type games. Campers will also make a karate movie and enjoy a day at the pool.
What: Sports Camp
Where: Dacula Park Fields
When: June 6-30 and July 6-29
Cost: $550
Description: Gwinnett Instructional Sports Academy Camps will offer two sports camps this summer. Each camp will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sports offered include t-ball, baseball, basketball soccer, lacrosse and flag football. For more information, call 404-585-4925
