The Lilburn Police Department needs the community's help in identifying a man who was struck and killed while crossing the road on April 7.

Police say a vehicle traveling northbound on Pleasant Hill Road hit the man, as he was crossing at a dimly lit section about 8:45 p.m. on Sunday.

An initial investigation determined that that speed was not a factor, and no charges are pending against the driver, according to a police department press release.

The unidentified man was transported to the Eastside Medical Center, where he died from his injuries, Lilburn police said.
