UPDATE: Tornado Watch in Effect for Gwinnett
Fifty-two Georgia counties in watch area.
UPDATED: 4 P.M.
The National Weather Service has extended the tornado watch for Gwinnett County until 11 p.m.
The watch includes 52 counties in Georgia.

Heavy rain is expected across portions of north and central Georgia today and tonight as a result of tropical depression Lee. Isolated tornadoes are also possible west of a line from Cordele to Athens.
