Courage For Life Golf Tournament

We are organizing a golf tournament to raise money for the Courage for Life Foundation. This foundation sends high school athletes who have had a life threatening illness on a life encouraging sports experience. My son Christopher Pendley played football for Dacula High School. At the end of his 10th grade year in 2011, he was diagnosed with a rare form of childhood cancer: rhabdomyosarcoma. He remained committed to football and was at practice and games through out chemotherapy, radiation, and multiple surgeries.
In May, Courage for Life sent our family up to Ohio and arranged for Chris to meet Bubba Watson. It was a great experience for a teen who went through a rough time in 2011. The golf tournament will be held at the Bear Creek Golf Club in Monroe. Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. The cost is $75.00 to play. We will offer a snack bag lunch, door prizes and closest to the hole prize on all Par 3's.
