Keep the Holiday Weekend Healthy

A healthy, fit lifestyle takes planning ... especially for a three day weekend!

This holiday weekend, there's no need to be denied  favorite foods and drinks even if they aren't the healthiest. What's important to remember is to enjoy them in moderation.

While in the thick of Battle of the Bulge, remember to stay as close to your eating schedule as possible.....2 1/2 to 3 hour schedule.  

Plan your meals around the plans you have.

Add a little exercise into your vacation (check out the challenge posted below).  

Drink plenty of water and try to get at least six hours of sleep, but shoot for eight!
