Dacula Hosting 9/11 Day of Service
Volunteer event and memorial service to commemorate the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attack.
Greening Forward is teaming up with the City of Dacula to host a volunteer event and memorial service to remember those who lost their lives in the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
The event will begin at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012. Volunteers will meet at the Dacula High School Football Field parking lot and walk to the Olde Mill Park in downtown Dacula picking up litter and stenciling storm drains along the way.
A memorial service will be held at the park following the volunteer event.
