A week does not go by where I am not getting calls from potential home buyers telling me that they don't feel the agent they are working with is keeping up with new listings that might be of interest to them.  I hear Buyers say they hate continually missing that "next new listing" that hit the market because they didn't know about it!

One of the things I do at the start of each day is examine what's new on the market for sale!  I do this to keep the list of Buyers I happen to be working with abreast of the market!  This week's New Home Listings takes a look at three homes priced between $200,000-$350,000.
