House Hunt: Homes Priced $200,000 and Under

Details on five homes on the market in Dacula that are priced at $200,000 and under.

Even in today's market, you can get quite a bargain for your housing dollar if you know where to look. Price is the main factor for almost all potential buyers and something potential sellers consider carefully when putting their home on the market. There are currently about 130 homes on the market in Dacula and 45 of those listings are priced at $200,000 or less. This week, House Hunt gives you more details on five of those properties.
