House Hunt: Homes With Finished Basements

One of the most common features a potential buyer looks for in a home is a finished basement. Having this additional living space can drastically increase a property’s appeal and resale value. The terrace level of a home is versatile space that often includes a media room, guest bedroom and bath, a home office and/or storage that otherwise the home would be without. 

Of the around 120 homes on the market in Dacula, about 35 have a finished basement. This week, House Hunt takes a close look at five examples ranging from $409,000-$230,000.
