House Hunt: Price Reductions

This week's edition of House Hunt takes a look at five homes in Dacula that have been reduced in asking price since originally being listed. This can indicate a highly motivated seller and a possible bargain for potential buyers. There are around 180 homes on the market in Dacula this week. Below is a quick look at five of those homes that have been reduced in listing price and are most likely, more competitive in the housing market. 1.  2107 Town Manor Court - Reduced to $424,900
