Dacula Patch: What is your favorite thing to cook?

Mayor Wilbanks: I like to cook, but I hate the clean-up that goes along with it. Choosing just one dish, boy, that’s hard. So I guess I will have to go with some sort of soup. If by chance I’ve gotten around to cooking vegetables (always cook too much), I use the leftovers (whatever they are) to go into a vegetable soup. My soup base for the leftovers is just a can of tomato soup, a little ketchup, a little nutmeg, a dash of paprika and maybe, if I’m feeling up to it, a dash of cinnamon, and all the veggie leftovers. Simmer a short while to mix the flavors, and enjoy!
