Could the Housing Market Be Making a Comeback in Dacula and Hamilton Mill?
You never know when the bottom hits until it has already past.
I read with cautious optimism an msnbc.com article relating to the real estate industry and the market as a whole. As I have said in the past and will continue to say, "real estate is hyperlocal." One city can be having a very challenging time moving inventory and another city or town or even neighborhood, like Hamilton Mill for instance, could be going gangbusters.
The article had some good and not so good points, but overall I feel as they do, that the real estate market as a whole is making a comeback and you never know when the bottom hits until it has already past.
The takeaway as the article points out, βAs inventory is declining, confidence is increasing and buyers are jumping in. Lower inventories, when combined with stable prices, we see that as a positive sign.β
