Hamilton Mill Market Update - October 2011
We are again seeing very low inventory of homes for this or any time during the year.
October was another strong month in real estate in the Hamilton Mill subdivision in Dacula. Hamilton Mill currently has 58 active homes on the market for sale.
We are again seeing very low inventory of homes for this or any time during the year. Low inventory can mean increased sales prices so if you are thinking about selling, it might be time to talk to a real estate agent about your needs.
October saw a total of nine Hamilton Mill homes sell for the month the highest priced sale was $485,000 and the least expensive was $229,900. Hermes and Associates were fortunate enough to have the listings on the two most expensive sales for October: $485,000 and $474,000. Another good month for sales in the neighborhood.
Overall this year, a total of 93 homes have sold in Hamilton Mill. This is a terrific number for the state of the current real estate market. While prices hover around 1997 levels, the solds show us that Hamilton Mill is STILL the place to relocate and we will continue to attract new neighbors moving forward.
