HUD Again to Offer Foreclosed Homes For $100 Down!

HUD has once again made the decision to offer foreclosed homes owned by the government through October of 2012 with only a $100 down payment.

HUD has once again made the decision to offer foreclosed homes owned by the government through October of 2012 with only a $100 down payment.

The buyer must live in the home, and use Federal Housing Administration (FHA) insured financing. Also, the buyer must pay the full amount of the current list price. This means that there is no negotiation on pricing. However, the deals that HUD is offering are incredible.

Georgia is one of the areas chosen for continuation of the program. This is for a number of reasons, one of which is the high rate of previous foreclosures and the available inventory of homes.
