The High and Low End of Dacula Real Estate

What Dacula real estate has to offer on both the low end of the price scale and the top of the price range.

In reviewing some of the areas homes for sale I got to thinking about what Dacula real estate has to offer on both the low end of the price scale to the top of the price range.

Currently there are a total of 303 homes for sale with a Dacula address according to the local GAMLS listing service. Sounds like a lot but in reality that number is down from traditional numbers we would expect to see during this time of year. For instance, Hamilton Mill usually runs at about a 5 percent market rate of homes for sale. In other words if there are 2,000 homes in the subdivision, you would expect to see 100+/- homes for sale. Currently however there are only 62 homes being actively marketed for sale at this time.

OK, so back to my initial thought. In Dacula the least expensive home on the market is listed for sale at $24,900 and located off Maxey Street. This is a three-bedroom, single-bath home built in 1973 with 1,020 square feet of living space. This is a foreclosure and has been on the market for six days.

Looking for the top of the price range? Listed at $899,900, the home situated in the Overlook at Mulberry Park subdivision would suprise you. This is a five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home on a finished terrace level.

So there you have it. Interesting huh? If you or someone you know is looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate give myself or another real estate agent a call.
