Happy Valentine's Day From Hoss and Bella at Desperate Dogs

A very happy Valentine's Day from Hoss and Bella. These two love birds exemplify all that is heartwarming about romance. Hoss, who we have fully rehabilitated for his fear towards men as part of our volunteer work for Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department Jail Dogs Program, is a joy to behold every day for both us here at the Ranch and for our wider DD family in Facebook land. He takes part in every meet and greet at the Ranch, meets every male that visits the premises and visits with other males off site with no problem at all. He's a true success story and we adore him.

Bella has also come a long way since her first visit to the Ranch last summer, when she was withdrawn and depressed, having lost her beloved master months before. Her mum, Barbara, left her and her sisters here for a long stay while she vacationed, and over the weeks she was here, we saw her blossom into a playful, adorable young filly with a joie de vivre we could never have imagined we would see.

They met here at Desperate Dogs just after Thanksgiving and became fast, firm friends. Hoss is a bit of a player, as he also has a huge crush on Great Dane Eleanor, but that doesn't deter Bella one bit, who's just happy to have her man when she can. You go girlfriend!
