Dacula Docket Book: Marijuana Possession, Shoplifting, Failure to Appear and Other Charges

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Aug. 11 and Aug. 18. Those arrested and their charges include: 

Dennis Kindred, 2473 Weycroft Lane, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Aug. 16. The listed charge is failure to appear.


Justin Allen James, 1145 Katie Lynne Lane, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Aug. 16. The listed charges are speeding, so insurance, failure to register, violation of class D permit, reckless driving and racing.

Jessica Lynn Dickens, 749 Stratton Court, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Aug. 15. The listed charge is theft by shoplifting.

Jordan Trey Gonzales, 2490 Fortune Drive, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Aug. 15. The listed charge is hold for another agency.

Shawana Gardner, 2010 Beckenham Walk Lane, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Aug. 15. The listed charges are failure to obey yield signs, two counts safety belts required and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Justin Robert Felton, 1061 Wildwood Wake Bend, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Aug. 14. The listed charges are driving while license suspended and speeding.

Daniel Marcelo, 2334 Katie Ann Lane, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Aug. 13. The listed charges are possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and motor vehicle must have two headlights.

Brandon Zapatel, 1222 Brookton Woods Way, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Aug. 12. The listed charge is possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Lachetta Wright Patterson, 3301 Shadowmoor Lane, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Aug. 12. The listed charge is theft by shoplifting.

Heather Leann Walls, 2888 Indian Shoals Road, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Aug. 12. The listed charge is failure to appear.
