Dacula Docket Book August 9

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center between August 5 and August 9. Those arrested and their charges include:

Vicente Gonzalez-Ahulican, 2025 Beckenham Walk Lane, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 5 and charged with no driver’s license. He is being detained on an immigration hold.

Dustin Kyle Martin, 3119 Wages Circle, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 5 and charged with obstruction, possession of unlabeled prescription drugs, VGCSA-Schedule III, VGCSA-Schedule II, VGCSA-Schedule IV, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, burglary, entering auto, two counts of theft by receiving, failure to appear and owning or operating a chop shop. ()

Stephen Larry Wayne Griffin, 733 Bartow Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 5 and charged with entering auto. ()

Wayne Kevin Speller, 325 Beckenham Walk Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 7 and charged with a tag light violation and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Christopher George White, 1750 Alcovy River Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 7 and charged with public intoxication.

Deana Melton Mitchell, 460 River Valley Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 7 and charged with hit and run (fixed object) and DUI.

Austin Anthony Cape, 2098 Town Manor Court, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 8 and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
