Dacula Docket Book: Battery, DUI, Cruelty to Children and Other Charges
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Feb. 22 and Feb. 26. Those arrested and their charges include:
Megan Fawn Head, 356 Heaver Castle Lane, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Feb. 24. The listed charges are four counts of third-degree cruelty to children and one count of battery.
Ashiap Jan, 2462 Courtney Renae Drive, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Feb. 24. The listed charges are possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and prowling.

Alberto Ricardo Palacin, 267 Murray Park Drive, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Feb. 23. The listed charges are DUI and improper lane change.
