Dacula Docket Book Dec. 10

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center between Dec. 5 and Dec. 10. Those arrested and their charges include:

Javin Tyler Webb, 1964 Ewing Estates Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 5 and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Billy Joe Standridge, 2135 Givens Road, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 5 and charged with second-degree criminal damage to property, battery, terroristic threats and acts and third-degree cruelty to children.

Darius Martinez Oglesby, 2039 Mapmaker Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 5 and charged with operating a vehicle without license in possession, improper turning, speeding and an outstanding warrant.

Curtis Nolan Harmon, 2732 Spring Street, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 5 and charged with too fast for conditions, open container and DUI.

Justin Robert Felton, 1061 Wildwood Wake Bend, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 7 and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Dawn Marie Walker, 2078 Woodland Brook Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 8 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Robert Franklin Whitehead, 1944 Pine Road, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 8 and charged with possession and use of a drug related object and a violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substances Act.

Lesley Lynn Fanning, 3049 Bold Springs Road, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 8 and charged with driving while license suspended or revoked.

Jessica Allene Baker, 2049 Brooks Road, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with a violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substances Act.
