Dacula Docket Book Dec. 13

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center between Dec. 9 and Dec. 13. Those arrested and their charges include:

Megan Amelia Vaughan, 1717 Fort River Way, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Ashley Elizabeth Rainaldo, 2930 Belshire Trail, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Savanah Leigh Phillips, 1634 Lake Heights Circle, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 9 on a charge of failure to appear.

Jennifer Lauren Russell, 580 Heritage Woods Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with burglary.

Joshua Aarian Andrew McCray, 598 Tradwell Place, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with possession of false identification documents, giving false name or information and obstruction.

Matthew Allen Hugo, 1928 Hood Road, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with criminal trespass and simple battery.

Stephen Michael Nelson, 2715 Archer Way, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 9 and charged with possession of a schedule IV narcotic and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Desirec Beatriz Torres-Chaviano, 3268 Bailey Road, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 10 and charged with hit and run, failure to yield and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Brett Damien Seagraves, 2795 Fort Apachee Trail, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 11 and charged with simple battery.

Jason Dean Foster, 3413 Jordan Lea Lane, Dacula, was arrested on Dec. 11 and charged with theft by shoplifting.
