Dacula Docket Book for Aug. 21
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Aug. 17 and Aug. 21. Those arrested and their charges include:
Ethan Duane Moore, 3478 Bailey Road, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 17 on a charge of failure to appear.
Joshua Edward Pollack, 2035 Lakeland Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 17 on a charge of failure to appear.

Tyler George Lunsford, 2922 Drowning Creek Road, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 19 on charges of DUI, failure to maintain lane and an equipment violation.
George Joseph Frank, 2845 Old Peachtree Road, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 19 on charges of second-degree criminal damage to property, battery, simple assault and third-degree cruelty to children.

Maurice Clarence Oliver, 2828 Merrion Park Lane, Dacula, was arrested on Aug. 19 on a probation violation charge. He is also being held for another agency.
