Dacula Docket Book for Jan. 19

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Jan. 15 and Jan. 19. Those arrested and their charges include: 

Austin Brooker Collins, 2984 Freemans Mill Road, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 18 on charges of theft by taking (three counts), credit card fraud (two counts), credit card theft (1 count), burglary (two counts), criminal trespass and failure to appear.

Steven Michael Walden, 2412 Heatherton Court, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 18 on charges of speeding and DUI.

Jose Armas Rosales, 3014 Lake Crest Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 17 on charges of driving without a valid license, following too closely and failure to appear. He is also being detained on an immigration hold.

Isbael Delcarmen Benitez, 2810 Austin Ridge Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 16 on charges of DUI, hit and run, following too closely and reckless driving.

Bryan Joel Burgos, 2323 Robin Ridge Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 16 on a probation violation charge.

Thomas Benjamin Jones, 905 River Cove Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 16 on charges of DUI, improper lane usage and improper backing.

Stephen Anthony Hunter, 2970 Barimore Place, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 16 on a charge of failure to appear.

Megan Amelia Vaughan, 1717 Fort River Way, Dacula, was booked into the Gwinnett County Jail on Jan. 22. The listed charge is DUI.
