Dacula Docket Book for Jan. 8
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Jan. 4 and Jan. 8. Those arrested and their charges include:
Walter Antonio Reyes-Hernandez, 923 Mary Frances Court, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 8 on charges of driving without a license, speeding in a construction zone, improper or erratic lane change, failure to yield for an emergency vehicle and DUI.
Mark Ellis Jay, 1411 Millmoore Terrace, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 8 on charges of simple battery and terroristic threats and acts.

Brandon David Green, 1411 Millmoore Terrace, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 8 on a charge of theft by taking.
Steven Lamar Turner, 2822 Eunice Holcombe Circle, was arrested on Jan. 7 on charges of expired tag, failure to obey a stop sign, open container and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Anthony David Stephenson, 2520 Harbins Mill Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 7 on a charge of driving without a license.
Dustin Keith Ervin, 3914 Pine Gorge Circle, Dacula, was taken into custody on Jan. 6 and is being held for another agency.
Travis Miller Burchfield, 2305 Masters Road, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 6 on charges of underage possession of alcohol and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
Darrell Wayne Atha, 563 South Street, Dacula, was arrested on Jan. 4 on charges of theft by conversion and probation violation.
