Dacula Docket Book for June 16

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between June 13 and June 16. Those arrested and their charges include:

John Richard Atha, 2548 Pharr Avenue, Dacula, was taken into custody on June 13 and is being held for another agency.

Jessica Homs, 2284 Shane Lane, Dacula, was arrested on June 13 and charged with driving while license suspended or revoked and speeding.

Craig Inkuen Rhee, 3337 Lamont Terrace, Dacula, was arrested on June 13 and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, expired tag and improperly transferred plates.

Steven Agudelo, 2421 Merrion Park Court, Dacula, was arrested on June 14 and charged with loitering and prowling and furnishing alcohol to someone under the age of 21.

Shamir Guillaume, 2613 Austin Ridge Drive, Dacula, was arrested on June 14 and charged with loitering and prowling and underage possession of alcohol.

Manuel Ardeleanu, 3119 Tadmore Court, Dacula, was arrested on June 14 and charged with following too closely and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Joanie Elaine Craft, 1656 Ewing Chapel Road, Dacula, was arrested on June 14 and charged with possession and use of a drug related object and drugs not in original container.
