Dacula Docket Book for May 22

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between May 18 and May 22. Those arrested and their charges include:

Gary March Miller, 3466 Fence Road, Dacula, was arrested on May 18 and charged with a probation violation.

Rachel Marie West, 2630 Track way, Dacula, was arrested on May 18 and charged with possession of a controlled substance and a tag light violation.

Felton Nesbitt Mobley, 2263 Stanley Road Apt. B3, Dacula, was arrested on May 18 and charged with a violation of Georgia’s Controlled Substances Act and improper lane change.

Charlton Hunt Kinkead, 3614 Autumn Sage Court, Dacula, was arrested on May 18 and charged with pointing a gun or pistol at another.

Maria Delrocio Ruiz, 2375 Masters Road, Dacula, was arrested on May 20 and charged with driving without a valid license and an equipment violation. She is also being held for immigration.

Gonzalo Garcia, 2493 Weycroft Lane, Dacula, was arrested on May 20 and charged with DUI.

William Phillip Arthur, 2835 Alcovy River View, Dacula, was arrested on May 20 and charged with DUI.

Tony Towns, 2512 Weycroft Circle, Dacula, was arrested on May 21 and charged with burglary and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Marc Dalton Power, 3015 Dacula Oaks Drive, Dacula, was arrested on May 21 and charged with DUI.

Robert Chastain Rowe, 751 Winnbrook Drive, Dacula, was arrested on May 21 and charged with a probation violation.

Paul Lawrence Williams, 346 Reliance Way, Dacula, was arrested on May 21 and charged with a probation violation.
