Dacula Docket Book for May 5

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between May 1 and May 5. Those arrested and their charges include:

Leonidas Burton Sears, 1270 Lamont Circle, Dacula, was arrested on May 1 and charged with possession and use of a drug related object, violating Georgia’s Controlled Substances Act, driving an unsafe vehicle, open container, seatbelt violation and an equipment violation.

Jose Manzanares, 2565 Freemans Walk Drive, Dacula, was arrested on May 1 and charged with a probation violation.

Ducarmel Yao Hilaire, 1375 Brisbane Drive, Dacula, was arrested on May 2 and charged with a tag light violation, driving without a license and giving false name or information. He is also being held on an outstanding warrant.

Barton Hill Smith, 152 Gregory Lane, Dacula, was arrested on May 2 and charged with battery.

Cody Christopher Holwell, 584 Chadmon Court Trace, Dacula, was arrested on May 3 and charged with driving without a license and failure to obey a stop sign.

Kevin Lamont Collins, 2649 Majestic Circle, Dacula, was arrested on May 3 and charged with a probation violation.

Matthew Ryan Clark, 2745 Dacula Cove Circle, Dacula, was arrested on May 3 and charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, simple assault and theft by receiving.
