Dacula Docket Book for May 8
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between May 4 and May 8. Those arrested and their charges include:
Christopher David Fillingim, 1722 Hamilton Dam Trail, Dacula, was arrested on May 4 and charged with DUI, probation violation, crossing a divided highway or gore, failure to obey a traffic control device, improper lane change and improper parking.
Oscar Leonel Gomez-Torres, 3135 Braselton Highway, Dacula, was arrested on May 4 and charged with driving without a license and following too closely.

Sam Garner Gentry, 1702 Green Farm Circle, Dacula, was arrested on May 6 and charged with possession of false identification documents, failure to maintain insurance and operating a vehicle with suspended, canceled or revoked registration.
Matthew Douglas Coy, 2362 East Fork Alcovy Road, Dacula, was arrested on May 7 and charged with violation of probation.

Melissa Renee Billew, 1801 Hood Road, Dacula, was arrested on May 7 and charged with contempt of court.
Jack Presten Lavander, 1531 Rocky Knoll Lane, Dacula, was arrested on May 8 and charged with a tag light violation and DUI.
