Dacula Docket Book for Sept. 18

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Sept. 15 and Sept. 18. Those arrested and their charges include: 

Gary March Miller, 3466 Fence Road, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 17 on a probation violation charge.

Juan Carlos Adame-Dominguez, 1717 Mountain Fort Way, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 17 on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked. He is also being detained on an immigration hold.

Phornchai Phoonchai, 210 Whisper Way, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 17 on charges of DUI and improper lane change.

Yodanys Rodriguez-Cuevas, 2695 Freemans Walk Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 16 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Terry Lee Hall, 2277 Alton Frank Way, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 15 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Samuel Ruben Talpes, 3660 Hamilton Dam Road, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 15 on a charge of aggressive solicitation.

Derek Lamar Reddick, 2110 Spruce Lake Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 15 on charges of DUI and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
