Dacula Docket Book for Sept. 29

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Sept. 25 and Sept. 29. Those arrested and their charges include: 

Charles William Layson, 3544 Lynley Mill Lane, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 27 on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked and speeding.

Courtney Elizabeth Davis, 2557 Oak Valley Lane, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 27 on charges of theft by deception and theft by taking.

Carlos Echeverry-Perez, 2780 Evergreen Eve Crossing, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 26 on a charge of driving without a license. He is also being detained on an immigration hold.

Timothy Sebastion Irons, 2547 Briar Valley Way, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 26 on charges of driving without a license and no proof of insurance.

Kenneth Eugene Griffin, 3595 Greenside Court, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 25 on charges of vehicular homicide, central lane violation, defacing traffic control device, failure to obey a traffic control device, following too closely, improper or erratic lane change and reckless driving.
