Dacula Docket Book for Sept. 8
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Sept. 4 and Sept. 8. Those arrested and their charges include:
Radu Russu, 281 Beckenham Lane, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 4 on a charge of failure to appear.
Brett Allan Palmquist, 1082 Wildwood Wake Bend, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 4 on a charge of theft by taking.

Hortencia Bravo-Romero, 304 Maxey Street, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with failure to obtain a license within 30 days and speeding. She is also being detained on an immigration hold.
Raymond Rocco Gesualdo, 3045 Superior Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 5 on charges of driving on the wrong side of the roadway and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Hector Leyva, 880 River Valley Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 5 and is being held for another agency.
James Floyd Brannan, 419 Tanner Road, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 5 on a charge of disorderly conduct.
Larry Travis Howick, 535 Chadmon Court Trace, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 5 on charges of driving while licenses suspended or revoked.
Austin Brooker Collins, 2984 Freemans Mill Road, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 5 on charges of credit card fraud and credit card theft.
Evanthia Andrews, 1055 Leighs Brook Way, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 6 on charges of failure to appear and simple battery.
John Richard Atha, 391 Harbins Road, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 5 on a charge of credit card theft.
