Dacula Docket Book: Interference With Government Property, Entering Auto and Other Charges

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between April 5 and April 16. Those arrested and their charges include:

Michael Anthony Mayer, 245 McMillon Road, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 16. The listed charges are failure to stop at a stop sign and driving while license suspended or revoked.

Katrina Renea Allen, 2818 Spring Street, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 15. The listed charges are credit card fraud, financial identity fraud and exploitation of a disabled adult.

Brian Thomas Kinsey, 1106 Chippewa Oak Drive, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 15. The listed charges are battery and three counts of third-degree cruelty to children.

Reyna Lopez-Santos, 2755 Harbins Mill Drive, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 15. The listed charge is driving while license suspended or revoked.

Ryan Michael Lewallen, 1720 Katrina Jo Ann Circle, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 14. The listed charge is theft by shoplifting.

Elesa Desiree Hamilton, 111 Carleton Gold Trail, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 12. The listed charge is probation violation.

Jonathan David Lusk, 452 Harbins Road, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 12. The listed charge is entering auto.

Harold Anthony Atkinson, 1573 Drowning Creek, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 11. The listed charges are entering auto and a violation of Georgia's Controlled Substances Act.

Jordan Blake Futch, 1930 Patrick Road, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 10. The listed charge is theft by taking.

Rita Carol Lusk, 452 Harbins Road, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 10. The listed charges are entering auto, theft by receiving and false statements.

David Howard Lusk, 452 Harbins Road, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 10. The listed charges are entering auto, theft by receiving and false statements.

Jared Blake Brannon, 419 Tanner Road, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 10. The listed charges are operating a vehicle while texting and driving while license withdrawn.

Christina May Rubio, 2660 Harbins Mill Drive, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 10. The listed charge is battery.

Joanie Elaine Craft, 1656 Ewing Chapel Road, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 9. The listed charges are theft by shoplifting, giving false name or information and two counts of probation violation.

Salvador Espino Guzman, 2904 Jasmin Brooke Court, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 9. The listed charge is driving without a license. He is also being detained on an immigration hold.

Stanley Maurice Johnson, 2818 Spring Street, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 9. The listed charge is probation violation.

Brian Alan McClellan, 1000 Lilac Arbor Road, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 7. The listed charges are improper lane change and DUI.

Damon Clay Felton, 1061 Wildwood Wake Bend, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 6. The listed charges are theft by receiving, use of a license plate to conceal identity, interference with government property, theft by receiving and simple battery.

Kathleen Ann Cassidy, 3115 Braselton Highway, Dacula, was booked into the jail on April 6. The listed charges are failure to maintain insurance, driving while license suspended or revoked, expired tag, failure to appear and operating a vehicle with suspended or cancelled registration.
