Dacula Docket Book July 2

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center between June 28 and July 2. Those arrested and their charges include:

Kristopher John Rocca, 835 Fairview Club, Dacula, was arrested on June 28 and charged with burglary.

Andrea Lin Fenton, 738 Yorkview Drive, Dacula, was arrested on June 28 and charged with battery and three counts of third-degree cruelty to children.

Hye Sook Kim, 3575 Greenside Court, Dacula, was arrested on June 29 and charged with deposit account fraud.

Christopher James Gardiner, 2656 Grove Valley Drive, Dacula, was arrested on June 29 and charged with no driver’s license and expired tag.

Keeyawana Shawnte Turner, 1916 Peach Shoals Circle, Dacula, was arrested on June 29 and charged with failure to appear.

John Boeflhan Herring, 405 Gran Heritage Way, Dacula, was arrested on June 29 and charged with probation violation, theft by taking and two counts of theft by deception. He is also being detained on an immigration hold.

Monica Faye Gunter, 1721 Harbins Road, Dacula, was arrested on June 30 and charged with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and a violation of Georgia’s controlled substances act.

Leslie Joann Walder, 1367 Belfaire Lake Trail, Dacula, was arrested on June 30 and charged with forged prescriptions.

Daniel Duane Gibbs, 2755 Fort Apachee Trail, Dacula, was arrested on July 1 and charged with failure to appear.
