Dacula Docket Book: July 23
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center between July 18 and July 23. Those arrested and their charges include:
James Kimsey Archer, 1984 Brooks Road, Dacula, was arrested on July 18 and charged with cruelty to animals.
Ahmad Leon Moore, 1604 Mapmaker Drive, Dacula was arrested on July 19 and charged with burglary, entering auto, theft by taking, violation of probation and loitering or prowling.

Rayshaun Dorsell Emanuel, 1609 School House Run, Dacula, was arrested on July 19 and charged with probation violation, burglary, entering auto, theft by taking and loitering and prowling.
Mike Claudiu McClaude, 3107 Evonshire Lane, Dacula, was arrested on July 19 and charged with theft by receiving. He is also being held on an outstanding warrant.

Maria Leticia Zermeno-Lopez, 937 Robert Jessie Drive, Dacula, was arrested on July 19 and charged with no driver's license.
Brandon David Green, 1411 Mill Moore Terrace, Dacula, was arrested on July 19 and charged with possession intent to distribute controlled substances.
Brandon Lee McDaniel, 3190 Kelly Glen Ct, Dacula, was arrested on July 20 and charged with burglary.
Jamie Lee Page Marks, 278 Dacula Rd, Dacula, was arrested on July 21 and charged with possession/purchase of alcohol under the age of 21.
Philip Theodore Sassos, 3467 Forest Vista Drive, Dacula, was arrested on July 22 and charged with disorderly conduct and DUI.
Steven William Macko, 2741 Michelle Lee Drive, Dacula, was arrested on July 22 and charged with DUI-Alcohol.
Amy Elizabeth Jenkins, 1285 Chippewa Oak Drive, Dacula, was arrested on July 22 and charged with improper lane change and DUI.
Nicholas Aaron Wade, 1971 Brooks Road, Dacula, was arrested on July 22 and charged with tag light visible 50 ft., expired license, materials on windshield/light and possession of less than oz. of Marijuana.
Teresa Michelle Roberts, 2241 Brooks Road, Dacula, was arrested on July 22 and charged with VGCSA-Schedule II, possession of an open container in vehicle, motor vehicle must have two headlights, failure to dim headlights and violation of probation.
