Dacula Docket Book July 5

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center between July 1 and July 5. Those arrested and their charges include:

• Haley Love Houston, 2811 Spring Street, Dacula, was arrested on July 1 and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Haylea Brook Williams, 1625 Luke Edwards Road, Dacula, was arrested on July 1 and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
• Eric Wendell Jackson, 1007 Ivey Chase Place, Dacula, was arrested on July 2 and charged with DUI.
• Ricky Ray Spires, 909 Harbins Pass Drive, Dacula, was arrested July 2 and charged with DUI and an equipment violation.
• Patrick Collier Beall, 2147 Peach Shoals Circle, Dacula, was arrested on July 2 and charged with DUI, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, failure to yield after stop sign, failure to yield at intersection and reckless driving.
• Antoinne Deyon Price, 1965 Pine Road, Dacula, was arrested on July 2 and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Henry Ray Smith, 2155 Amberly Glen Way, Dacula, was arrested on July 3 and charged with a probation violation.
• Prayton Eugene Hughes, 3323 Mill Grove Terrace, Dacula, was arrested on July 3 and charged with driving while license suspeneded or revoked, failure to appear and an equipment violation.
