Dacula Docket Book July 9
The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.
The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center between July 5 and July 9. Those arrested and their charges include:
Cesar Aragon, 932 Fairmont Park Drive, Dacula, was arrested on July 5 and charged with contempt of court.
Diana Katherine Case, 2405 Lillies Trace, Dacula, was arrested on July 7 and charged with a probation violation. She is also being held on an immigration hold.

Maximo De Leon, 2871 Spence Court, Dacula, was arrested on July 7 and charged with driving without a license and following too closely. He is also being detained on an immigration hold.
Joshua Gene Holcomb, 2391 Larpent Court, Dacula, was arrested on July 7 and charged with DUI.

Kaycee Denise May, 1525 Mill Place Drive, Dacula, was arrested on July 8 and charged with DUI and an equipment violation.
Francesca Amelia Varela, 2442 Merrion Park Court, Dacula, was arrested on July 8 and charged with improper left turn and DUI.
Austin Blake Hamby, 3341 Jim Moore Road, Dacula, was arrested on July 8 and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor and DUI under 21.
