Dacula Docket Book May 28

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center between May 21 and May 28. Those arrested and their charges include:

Jeffrey Bruce Givens, 1742 Brooks Road, Dacula, was arrested on May 23 and charged with theft by taking.

Mayra Edelmeia Sauceda, 3195 Town Manor Circle, Dacula, was arrested on May 22 and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Ashley Kay Stewart, 3374 Walkers Ridge Road, Dacula, was arrested on May 22 and charged with a probation violation.

James Max Draeger II, 3374 Walkers Ridge Road, Dacula, was arrested on May 22 and charged with obstruction.

James Bird, 2462 Hamilton Mill Parkway, Dacula, was arrested on May 21 and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Lance Allen Meyer, 1789 Drowning Creek Road, Dacula, was arrested on May 20 and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Zaharia Fisteag, 1171 Paiute Court, Dacula, was arrested on May 22 and charged with false imprisonment, simple battery, interference with a 911 call and second degree criminal damage.

Ulises Eduardo Ramirez, 963 Mary Frances Court, Dacula, was arrested on May 23 and charged with battery.

Renee N. Key, 3885 Brookton Lane, Dacula, was arrested on May 24 and charged with possession of false identification documents, first degree forgery and giving false name and information.

Wesley Etienne, 1078 Mitford Lane, Dacula, was arrested on May 24 on a charge of failure to appear.

Christopher William Dills, 2740 Brookton Lane, Dacula, was arrested on May 25 and charged with a seatbelt violation and two probation violation charges.

Leonidas Burton Sears, 1270 Lamont Circle, Dacula, was arrested on May 25 and charged with operating a vehicle without a license in possession, a seatbelt violation and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Erica Garcia Quintana, 2825 Barimore Place, Dacula, was arrested on May 25 and charged with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Jason James Wilkie, 1434 Wilkes Crest Court, Dacula, was arrested on May 25 and charged with two counts of theft by taking and one count of theft by deception.

Randall Paul Bowles, 631 Fairmont Park Drive, Dacula, was arrested on May 25 and charged with statutory rape and sexual battery.

Brian Anthony Price, 1221 Dacula Road, Dacula, was arrested on May 25 and charged with DUI.

Stephen Charles Ayers, 1036 Auburn Road, Dacula, was arrested on May 27 and charged with probation violation, lane violation, obstruction and possession of a drug relate object.

Cassidy Alison Young, 1025 Oak Valley Road, Dacula, was arrested on May 27 and charged with battery.
