Dacula Docket Book May 7

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center between April 29 and May 7. Those arrested and their charges include:

Brandon Lee Hammock, 455 Tanner Road, Dacula, was arrested on April 29 and charged with violating Georgia’s controlled substances act, failure to yield and a seatbelt violation. 

Jermaine Elthon Barker, 2500 Harbin Springs Cove, Dacula, was arrested on April 29 and charged with a seatbelt violation and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. 

Christopher S. McConnell, 885 Golf View Court, Dacula, was arrested on April 29 and charged with speeding and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. 

Michael Vincent Welsh, 710 Hill Meadow Drive, Dacula, was arrested on April 29 and charged with violating Georgia’s controlled substances act, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and theft by receiving. 

Melissa Selene Lopez, 1059 Sammi Jo Lane, Dacula, was arrested on April 29 and charged with a probation violation. 

John Eric Burns, 2645 Dawning Day Drive, Dacula, was arrested on May 1 and charged with DUI. 

Zachary Michael Dolin, 1390 Heatherton Road, Dacula, was arrested on May 1 and charged with a probation violation.

Devon Douglas Brandon, 2507 Weycroft Circle, Dacula, was arrested on May 2 and charged with DUI. 

Kevin Young Yi, 2085 Stancil Park Lane, Dacula, was arrested on May 2 and charged with a probation violation.           

Roger Danny Saxon, 1050 Ewing Chapel Road, Dacula, was arrested on May 2 and charged with a probation violation. 

Nikki Marie Johnson, 2954 Winder Highway, Dacula, was arrested on May 2 and charged with a probation violation. 

Sharod Martel Meriweather, 2868 Stockbridge Way, Dacula, was arrested on May 3 and charged with violating employment security law.

Richard Fredrick Haller, 1660 Alcovy River Drive, Dacula, was arrested on May 3 and charged with disorderly conduct. 

Jeffrey Paul Corry, 2427 Allsborough Way, Dacula, was arrested on May 3 and charged with a seatbelt violation and driving while license suspended. 

Nicholas Allen Scott, 1800 Millside Terrace, Dacula, was arrested on May 3 and charged with driving while license suspended and DUI.

Brian Scott Maney, 189 Rabbit Hill Road, Dacula, was arrested on May 3 and charged with a probation violation. 

Darius Tyrone Myles, 1168 Mitford Lane, Dacula, was arrested on May 4 and charged with burglary. 

Patricia Rose Smith, 2502 Kelman Place, Dacula, was arrested on May 5 and charged with first degree forgery. Smith is also being detained on an immigration hold. 

William Bruce Kirk, 1350 Lamont Circle, Dacula, was arrested on May 5 and charged with a probation violation.
