Dacula Docket Book: Public Indecency, Credit Card Fraud and Battery

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between March 5 and March 9. Those arrested and their charges include:

Alexander Blake Kline, Dacula, 535 Beckenham Walk Drive, Dacula, was booked into the jail on March 8. The listed charges are public indecency, loitering or prowling and underage possession of alcohol.

Brett Damien Seagraves, 2795 Fort Apachee Trail, Dacula, was booked into the jail on March 8. The listed charge is possession of a controlled substance.

Radu Russu, 281 Beckenham Lane, Dacula, was booked into the jail on March 7. The listed charges are credit card theft, five counts of credit card fraud, two counts of probation violation and one count of theft by taking.

Adrian Quintin Davis, 3479 Coopers Mill Court, Dacula, was booked into the jail on March 6. The listed charges are theft of services and six counts of theft by deception.  He is also being held for another agency.

Guilite J. Duclos, 815 River Valley Drive, Dacula, was booked into the jail on March 5. The listed charge is battery.

Kyle Georgia Rainwater, 1190 Fountain Glen Drive, Dacula, was booked into the jail on March 5. The listed charge is probation violation.

Gary March Miller, 3466 Fence Road, Dacula, was booked into the jail on March 5. The listed charge is probation violation.
