Dacula Docket Book Sept. 27

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center between Sept. 23 and Sept. 27. Those arrested and their charges include:

Melissa Renee Billew, 1777 Hood Road, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 23. The charge listed is “other offense.”

Mikwan D. Murphy, 470 Beckenham Walk Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 23 and charged with driving without a license.

John Picket Cummins, 2933 Indian Shoals Road, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 24 and charged with reckless conduct and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Marques Alvence Ponder, 1347 Ewing Chapel Road, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 25 and charged with financial identity fraud, two counts of theft by conversion, two counts of theft by deception and a seat belt violation.

Leonard James Price, 2633 Sam Calvin Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 25 and charged with driving while license suspended or revoked.

Christopher Alan Hutcherson, 2340 Larpent Court, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 26 and charged with failure to appear, third degree cruelty to children and aggravated battery. He is also being held on an outstanding warrant.

Gregory A. Peek, 2512 White Aster Lane, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 26 and charged with reckless driving.

Jeremy Marcel Chirita, 2924 Superior Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 26 and charged with possession of a tool for the commission of a crime and theft by shoplifting.

Whitney Elise Boyd, 687 Swans Landing Drive, Dacula, was arrested on Sept. 26 and charged with driving while licenses suspended or revoked, DUI, failure to yield and violating Georgia’s controlled substances act.
