Dacula Docket Book: Theft by Taking, Possession With Intent to Distribute and Other Charges

The following arrest information was obtained from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department's Docket Book. The following individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of a crime.

The following Dacula residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Jail between Feb. 15 and Feb. 19. Those arrested and their charges include:

Megan Leann Pittman, 301 Church Street, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Feb. 18. The listed charges are three counts of theft by taking.

Bayron A. Arango Velez, 2056 Peach Shoals Circle, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Feb. 17. The listed charges are operating a low speed vehicle, expired license and improper/erratic lane change. He is also being detained on an immigration hold.

Nicole Jessica Mackey, 2560 Paul Thomas Drive, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Feb. 16. The listed charges are driving while license suspended or revoked, windshield not in good condition and failure to appear.

Justin Brant Thacker, 1011 Jordan Road, Dacula, was booked into the jail on Feb. 15. The listed charge is possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
