Designer Purse, Wallet Stolen When Car Left Unlocked in Driveway

The Hamilton Mill resident said the theft occurred in the early morning hours of Oct. 30.

A Dacula, Ga. woman is out several hundred dollars worth of designer merchandise after leaving her car parked in the driveway of her Bakers Mill Road home with the doors unlocked.

The Hamilton Mill resident advised police she returned home from Walmart at approximately 12:45 a.m. on Oct. 30. By 7 a.m. on Oct. 30, an unknown person or persons had entered the unlocked car and taken the woman's Michael Kors purse, Michael Kors wallet, Tory Burch wallet, checkbook and her driver's license. The value of the stolen items was estimated to be $847.

The case is listed as active.
