Gwinnett 'Most Wanted' Member Turns Herself In

Shea Elise Rappaport turned herself in Saturday at the Gwinnett County jail after being charged with nine separate counts of theft by receiving.

Shea Elise Rappaport turned herself in Saturday at the Gwinnett County jail. She was listed as a member of the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s “most wanted” after being charged with nine separate counts of theft by receiving.

The Dacula resident was listed as a student at Gwinnett Technical College, the Gwinnett Daily Post reports. Rappaport’s booking sheet indicated a hold for authorities in Hall County.
