Gwinnett 'Most Wanted' Member Turns Herself In

Shea Elise Rappaport turned herself in Saturday at the Gwinnett County jail. She was listed as a member of the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office’s “most wanted” after being charged with nine separate counts of theft by receiving.

The Dacula resident was listed as a student at Gwinnett Technical College, the Gwinnett Daily Post reports. Rappaport’s booking sheet indicated a hold for authorities in Hall County.
