Home Burglarized While Woman Hospitalized After Giving Birth

Victim says the father of her baby, who is now her ex-boyfriend, is responsible.

An Amberly Glen Drive resident contacted authorities after learning her ex-boyfriend had entered her home without permission. The woman had been hospitalized after giving birth to the ex-boyfriend’s child at the time of the incident.

The woman said she and her ex-boyfriend had an argument at the hospital and that the boyfriend had been removed from the hospital by security. The woman asked her mother to stop by her house to make sure the ex-boyfriend had not gone there.

When the mother arrived at the home, she discovered the house had been entered. A bag containing the ex-boyfriend’s belongings was missing along with the victim’s purse. The purse contained the victim’s debit cards, credit cards, miscellaneous papers and an unknown amount of cash.
