Man Finds Girlfriend Naked in Another Man’s Bed

Boyfriend claims other man threatened him with knife.

A Buford man called police to report a possible rape after finding his girlfriend naked with another man.

The boyfriend said he went to a home on Mary Todd Lane in Dacula after his girlfriend failed to answer her cell phone. Upon his arrival, one of the occupants said the girlfriend was not feeling well and had gone upstairs to rest in one of the bedrooms. When the boyfriend entered the bedroom, he found his girlfriend unclothed on the bed with another man.

The man on the bed demanded to know who the boyfriend was. The boyfriend identified himself and said he was taking his girlfriend home. According to the boyfriend, the other man then grabbed a knife and threatened to kill the boyfriend if he did not leave. The boyfriend drove his girlfriend to the and called police.

After interviewing the boyfriend, police went to the Mary Todd Lane home and spoke with the other man. The man said the girlfriend was a guest at a party the previous evening and had been drinking thoughout the night. When the girlfriend said she was not feeling well, the man said he offered to let her go to his bedroom to rest. The man said before the girlfriend went upstairs, she grabbed his hand and led him to the bedroom. According to the man, the girlfriend disrobed of her own accord. The man said he and the girlfriend had been in bed for approximately five minutes when the boyfriend entered the room. The man admitted grabbing a knife, but said he feared for his life and had no idea who the boyfriend was. The man added he and the girlfriend had not had intercourse.

Two other partygoers said they witnessed the girlfriend flirting with the man during the party. One of the partygoers said she saw the girlfriend grab the man’s hand and lead him upstairs.

The girlfriend was transported to the Georgia Sexual Assault Center for examination. The man accused of the assault agreed to undergo an exam as well.

The case is listed as active and no charges have been filed.
