News Nearby: Meth Hidden in the Men's Room

The employee found 'several clear crystals' in a toilet paper roll.

An employee at a gas station near Bethlehem believes a man who has been hanging around the store was the person responsible for leaving methamphetamine in the men’s room.

According to a Barrow County Sheriff’s Office incident report, the employee found the meth hidden inside a roll of toilet paper when he cleaned the restroom around 3:45 a.m. on May 29. The roll was hidden behind the toilet, and the inside was wadded on both ends with paper.

When he pulled out the paper, “several clear crystals” fell out, according to the incident report. The crystals later tested positive as methamphetamine.
