Report: Georgia Man Killed in Motorcycle Race at Road Atlanta
He reportedly lost control and struck a concrete barrier.
A motorcycle racer was killed in an accident Saturday at Road Atlanta near Braselton.
Access North Georgia reported the driver was a 29-year-old man from Dallas, Ga. The Hall County Sheriff's Office had no other information on the man. WSB-TV and the AJC also reported the man was from Dallas.
He was reportedly racing in the WERA Cycle Jam at Road Atlanta Saturday afternoon when he lost control of his motorcycle and hit a concrete barrier. He was pronounced dead at Barrow Regional Medical Center.
