Robber Strikes Hamilton Mill Little Caesar's

Suspect armed with handgun demands money during Tuesday evening holdup.

A suspect escaped with several hundred dollars in cash after an armed robbery at the Hamilton Mill Little Caesar’s.

Police were called to the Hamilton Mill Road restaurant shortly after 10 p.m. on Dec. 27. According to one of the store employee, a suspect wearing a hooded sweatshirt, white gloves and a ski mask pointed a small, black handgun at him and demanded money. The employee emptied the register, which contained approximately $400, and gave the money to the suspect. The employee said the suspect placed the cash in a plastic Kroger bag before running out the front door and across the parking lot.

The store has video surveillance, but the officer was unable to review the footage at the time of the incident.
